Summary: The location of this hotel is a bit isolated. You must order a truck from the front desk to drive you anywhere. They are pretty pricy. The reception is not open all night so there is no service after 10 pm I believe. The pools and bar were very nice, food was ok. There was a bug issue inside my mom's room as well as mine. We had opened a bag of chips which was the next day filled with ants. We decided not to eat or drink in the rooms. There is tons of wildlife which is very loud at night. This is normal considering the location and not an issue. However one night when I came up to my room, there was a rat outside my door which had been torn apart. There was blood everywhere. I went to bed, and the next morning opened my door to find it still there with bugs surrounding it. No one had cleaned it. The rooms themself aren't very cozy or comfortable. I wouldn't stay here again.
