Summary: Lovely pool area, heated pool and hot tub. Friendly people in the area. Access codes to gates did not work. Given extra remote at our request. Unable to let friends in to visit. Iniatally several concerns including unable to open side door, burnt out lights in kitchen, oven not working properly, no broiler, and did not heat up to desired temperature, main bedroom king size bed but second bedroom bed smaller then a double bed not meant for two adults. Property management responded to the best of their abilities to remedy concerns. Other concerns that arose included a mal functioning toilet, kitchen sink plugged, side door entry improved but not easy to use. Furniture was sparse and not very comfortable and definitely did not encourage visitors. Would be very helpful to have TV operating instructions and live TV. BBQ was adequate but no outdoor lighting when cooking. Property not worth the rental cost .
