My family loved our stay here. Very comfortable beds, modern TV’s, and the resort/swimming pool areas made the stay that much better. Just a couple of minutes walk from heated pools, perfect for younger kids too. Thanks!

Everything was amazing it’s just like the pictures super cozy my family loved everything about it the checkin and check out was a breeze. The amenities of the property is great for your kids it’s very updates with really good pots and things you need to cook. I was not ready to leave. The host is AMAZING response are super quick as well. Beds are comfy balcony off the upstairs room was a plus for me and my husband to sit out and relax drink your coffee and talk. I could go on and on.

RESORT FEES:
Regal Palms has a resort fee that is not included in the quote. There is a $20 (plus tax) per day resort fee which is payable upon arrival to Regal Palms Resort and Spa. This resort fee is per household and NOT PER PERSON. Resort Fees are commonplace throughout the lodging and vacation rental industry. Here at Regal Palms the Daily Resort Amenity Fee of $20 plus tax ($22.40 inclusive) applies to all bookings. Fee includes the following: 24 Hour Check-In, Secured Resort Access, Parking, Local and Domestic Long Distance Phone Calls (including Puerto Rico and Canada), Use of Indoor Playground at Banana Jack's, Internet Access in Business Center, Wi-Fi in the Clubhouse area, Health Club (Fitness Center), indoor hot tub, sauna and steam room, Children's Playground and Swimming Pavilion (including lazy river, water slide, a kids play area with a slide out by the pool, Regularly Scheduled Activities (poolside movie nights, bingo nights and daytime crafts for kids), Sand Volleyball Court.
SNOWBIRD RESORT FEE DISCOUNT:
Guest must stay 28 days or more between November 1, 2021 - March 31, 2022 to qualify for the snowbird rate. The monthly Snowbird Rate will be $369.60 with taxes ($330.00 before taxes.) Any additional days past 30 will be $11.00 + $1.32 (12% tax) = $12.32 total. If a guest stays 25-29 days they are still honoured under the monthly Snowbird Rate but they have to pay the full $369.60. We do not break down the payment. Max Amount of stay is still 90 Days.

King Master bedroom with a walk-in closet including a safe, a full ensuite bathroom and a walk-out balcony with 4 chairs and a coffee table, a work desk area, and a 60" Smart TV.
Queen bedroom with 43" Smart TV.
Twin over Full Bunk Bed room with 43" Smart TV.
A shared full bathroom for the queen and bunkbed room.
Laundry Room with washer and dryer.
Free WiFi in the entire house.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION/PLEASE READ:
This home is a self catered home. During your stay, you will need to provide your own food, toiletries & cleaning supplies such as dishwasher detergent, dish washing soap, etc. We provide a starter roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 1 laundry & 1 dishwasher soap, but once these supplies run out, you will need to provide your own.
Also, please note that the home will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. There will NOT be daily cleaning services. If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, we recommend to clean biweekly, which we can schedule and discuss pricing with you.
We provide pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cups and glasses. You are responsible for whatever else you think you need for your stay!!!
INSECTS AND PESTS:
Florida is notorious for its prolific insect life like ants, roaches, lizards and bugs, for that reason the homes are treated both inside and out. Ants are the most prevalent and annoying pests - they feed on a variety of foods such as sugars , syrups, jelly, grease, cookies and meats. Therefore, to make your stay more enjoyable, PLEASE DO NOT leave food or drinks on the countertops, in wastebaskets and specially on the pool deck. Please, know that dirty or damp clothes is the favourite hiding place for insects and lizards. Please do not leave any door or window open as it increases insect infestation.

Other things to note
As Regal Palms Resort is a gated community, many homes have Ring Doorbell at the front pointing at the street and driveway and Ring Floodlights at the back as added protection.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COUNTERS ARE HEAT SENSITIVE. PLEASE USE THE PROVIDED TRIVETS WHEN PLACING ANY HOT POTS, PANS OR BAKING SHEETS ON COUNTER. WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE TREAT THIS HOME WITH CARE. ANY DAMAGE TO THE COUNTER WILL BE SUBJECT TO A DAMAGE FEE OF $400.
