Positive: Breakfast was around the corner in a café, during check-in my son and I each got a voucher for 1 coffee and 1 croissant. That's not spectacular as a breakfast so we doubled that at our own cost. Excellent quality coffee and food by the way. Good atmosphere in the café, many students. Location of Oppip is excellent, only a few minutes walk from where you want to be in Gravina. Room we stayed it was spacious and nice. Parking streetside is OK as well, not expensive.
Negative: Very little contact. No one answered the door and we only noticed that we got a sms (in fluent Italian) with the doorcode when the cleaning lady came after a few minutes. Luckily it wasn't raining. She checked us in and showed us our room. We wondered how we would have known what our room was if she hadn't arrived... (we surely would have noticed the sms at one point).
