Positive: Nice sea view, good place for a morning run and swim; nice living room and terraces, enough space for parking; clean house and well-managed garden

Negative: The house is close to a main road with heavy traffic, noisy at night, and situated right next to a large solar park with photovoltaic panels. The owner does not speak English, so I had to communicate with a relative through Viber the entire time. The AC in the bedroom was not working, and it took two days to have it repaired. There were no safety instructions provided. The parasol on the terrace was not firmly attached to its base, and during the night it blew away and fell into the garden. The next day, the owner made me feel guilty about the incident, even though it was not our fault, as the parasol had been open when we arrived and there were no instructions indicating that it should be closed in the evening. When we were leaving, she even asked me to pay for the parasol’s damage, which I naturally refused.
