EARLY CHECK IN:
We try to offer guests early check in whenever possible. Please check with us the evening before your stay and we will let you know if an early check-in request can be accommodated!
HEATED POOL:
Should you decide you would like the pool heated, please let us know at least 48hrs prior to your reservation. This will allow us time to turn on the heater and have it ready for your arrival. We charge an additional fee of $60/day of entire reservation for the pool heater to help share in the cost of the additional gas usage. We cannot do partial days, but we ensure the pool is heated and warm when you arrive until the time you checkout!
POOL CLEANER AND HOSE:
In order to keep the pool clean and ready for you at all times, there is an automatic pool cleaner and hose inside the pool. DO NOT REMOVE FROM POOL or you will risk damaging the pool pump and heater. The pool heater will not function if this is disconnected and result in a cold pool. Please contact host with any issues or if the cleaner hose becomes disconnected for any reason. Failure to contact host prior to removing cleaner will result in a $500.00 fine plus any costs incurred to repair or replace pool pump.
GOLF CART CABS:
Old Town Scottsdale offers a number of golf cart cab services for quick and convenient access to and from the area. Our home is well within the service zone!

NOISE
Noise monitors are in place and will alert us to any excessive noise which is in violation of Scottsdale Ordinances.
QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Out of respect for the neighbors & in compliance with City ordinances - this is strictly enforced.
We love our neighbors and appreciate your courtesy when coming and going from the home during quite hours.
NO LARGE GATHERINGS
We want all our guests to enjoy their time in Scottsdale, but we ask that you limit the number of guests to only those registered guests staying at the home. Large parties or gatherings are not allowed. Feel free to reach out to host and inquire if you have questions.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON PROPERTY:
There is no smoking inside and outside on the property. This includes the front yard and porch. Additional cleaning charges and fines will be applied to the guest if there is any evidence of any type of smoking during or after your stay. Your security deposit will be forfeited if this is the case.
SECURITY CAMERAS
For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed at the front door, side gate, and driveway. No cameras are in the back yard or in the home.
SUPPLIES
We’ll provide everything you need to get started with the essentials like toilet paper, laundry detergent, propane, and cleaning supplies. Long stays are responsible for purchasing additional items, if needed.
PETS / Service Animals
We love our fur friends and allow one pet per stay! We charge a $200 non-refundable fee for the entire stay if you are bringing a pet. We only allow dogs (no cats, birds, exotics, etc.) unless its a service animal. If its not a registered service animal (not emotional support animal) with proper paperwork you must notify us at booking so we can collect the $200 pet fee.
It is the pet owners responsibility to clean up after the pet, maintain control of pet inside and on property, and keep noise and barking to a minimum.
