Hello, my wife and 2 children And I offer our house during our vacation, It is an old mansion completely renovated in 2018. A 160m2 house on 2 levels. Ground floor comprising a living room (48m2, wooden extension), the kitchen (28m2), an entrance hall, a toilet, a cellar and a bedroom or playroom.
On the 1st floor, a bathroom with shower and bath, a toilet, and 3 bedrooms, therefore a master bedroom with private bathroom and a flat screen.
The house is equipped with washing machines, dryer, internet, big screen in the living room, apple tv, swing, possibility to have bikes, kayak ect.
For sleeping, several possibilities, 4 bedrooms so one on the ground floor, 2 double beds, 2 single beds, a child bed, a baby bed, a cot. If you have a special need, don't hesitate to ask. The whole on a ground of 800m2 without opposite. Saint-renan is located 15 minutes from Brest and 10 minutes from the beaches. It’s a city of 8000 inhabitants with many activities including its hedonistic Saturday market which is the largest in Finistère. Shopping center, small shop in the old center, swimming pool, cinema, several lakes with nautical activities ect.
