Positive: The property had an equipped kitchenette, comfortable bed and seating area.
Negative: Directions for locating and then the code for entering the property were not given clearly in the booking app.—A The follow-up e-mail gave multiple codes/confirmation #s so again, unclear. Needed the Vacasa app for all details but this was not made apparent at time of booking. Took almost an hour to actually get into the place, even with talking by phone and text to a service person. Also, heating/thermostat situation was challenging. We had to crank the heat in the bedroom to make the sitting area bearable. Knowing floors were concrete AND unheated, I wouldn’t have booked this place in this season.
