The unit has new tile and paint, fast Wi-Fi, and sleeps up to four. Includes beach chairs, umbrella, tennis gear, and blow-up mattress. The living area features a pull-out queen sofa, a twin bed ottoman, 52” flat-screen TV, cable, DVD player with 50 movies, Atari Flashback, and a new recliner (Spring 2024). New patio furniture added Fall 2024. The bedroom offers a king bed, 42” flat-screen TV, DVR, and fresh linens. Full bath with tub/shower. Free local/long-distance calling in U.S. and Canada.
The kitchen includes a Keurig/regular coffee maker, new fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, BBQ utensils, silverware, and everything you need to cook. The oak dining table seats four and converts into a poker or pool table!
