Positive: The location was good. Kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor space was great. Partial view of ocean, beautiful.
Negative: The house smelled musty, especially the first floor. Both flights of stairs were steep & narrow. The only window coverings were on bathroom windows. The two queen beds in the loft space were mattresses on the floor. The house needs a deep cleaning. There was an empty soda can under the couch in the living room & the 1 bedroom needed vacuuming.
Summary: Glad to getaway. I wish the home had been clean and more inviting.
