Casa Mis Rocas is an exclusive ocean front villa perched on the cliffs just outside of Puerto Vallarta. Our chef and staff have accumulated over two hundred 5-Star reviews. The house overlooks the Bay of Banderas (PV) and is ranked one of the top villas in Mexico. Mis Rocas is a contemporary styled home with 22-foot vaulted ceilings, with breathtaking ocean view bedrooms, amazing infinity pool, perched on the Mismaloya cove. The house has been recently renovated and effective February 2020, are opening up four more bedrooms on 2 newly constructed lower levels. We will now have 10 bedrooms and over 12,400 sq ft of living space.
Depending on the season, our guests should expect to catch daily glimpses of whales, sea turtles, dolphins, sea lions, manta rays, and schools of various tropical fish swimming near the house. The bottom level of the home has stairwell which allow you to have access to ocean level views. There is a landing and covered terrace and fire pit.
The house was expertly constructed of brick, stone, marble, and granite. The architect was known for creating rooms with huge copulas that allow you to hear as if you were in an amphitheater. Each floor of the house was laid out with an open air feel to capture both the sun and sea breeze. There are floor to ceiling glass windows and doors which are often left open to catch the sight and sounds of the waves crashing down below.
The list of amenities include: fully equipped fitness room, large infinity pool, 2 hot tubs, 2 bars, large dining room, fully equipped kitchen, numerous outdoor sitting areas, fire pit, private covered terrace ocean level. All levels of the home are accessible via the elevators except the bedrooms on level 4. The main level is the where most of the action happens because it has the kitchen, dining room, several large terraces, entertainment room, pool, main bar and hot tub by the pool.
The house is spacious and elegant, the perfect get-away from the stress of life. We would be happy to host families, reunions, weddings, bachelor(ette) parties and corporate retreats. We offer a complimentary staff which includes a cook, maid, maintenance, and property manager. Our chef is internationally trained and provides breakfast, snacks for lunch, and dinner. This service is complementary and the guest are only ask to consider tipping the staff if they exceed your expectations.
The kitchen amenities include beautiful rosewood cabinets, Viking refrigerator, Wolfe range, and Bosch dishwasher. We have almost every kitchen appliance needed to make anything from simple quesadillas to gourmet meals.
Almost all the bedrooms have TVs. The master suite features a recessed TV (which we never use unless its raining), sumptuous spa, master bath built for two, and private terrace with ocean view. The junior suite also features a recessed TV and includes a kitchenette. The back of the villa opens to a stone terrace with a sitting area, a row of chaise lounges for sunbathing and a heated infinity pool, all perched above the ocean. Follow the steps down to another terrace and lounge area and the man-made beach. A dining area, wet bar and barbecue round out the outdoor living areas. Inside, the property has cable TV and Wi-Fi. We have ceiling fans and air conditioning for your convenience and comfort. Please note that electricity in Mexico is very expensive. For economic and environmental reasons we have individual high efficiency air conditioners. If you leave your room please turn the AC and understand the staff is required to turn if off when your not in the room.
The All-Inclusive Option: We offer an All-Inclusive option which covers 2 meals/day from our flexible menu and alcohol. The cost is $65/day/adult guests and $35/day/guests under 15 years old.
Chef Francisco will prepare heavy appetizers/fruit/quesadillas and guacamole for lunch. As part of this, we provide a generous amount of tequila, vodka, beer, wine and other alcohol. If there are specialty liquor items requested outside our budget, please talk to us and we would be happy to purchase the items on your behalf. Our goal is to make our guests comfortable and happy so understand we will certainly have enough alcohol and food for reasonable consumption of our average guests.
We have a washer and dryer but this is only available upon request and we prefer you use the machines after 5 pm. The house washer and dryer are dedicated for staff use so that they can keep your linens clean and fresh.
Last, assistance for airport transfers, restaurant reservations, or entertainment events is available upon request.
