Located on the water with spectacular views, this condo was totally renovated and includes beautiful furnishings, central air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. We have internet service, televisions in every room, and a phone in the unit that offers free calls back to the USA and Canada - no limit! Our condominium is the best location in the complex. People who stay in this unit come back every year - they love it! Each bedroom has their own sink.
Playa del Carmen has some of the best restaurants! The main avenue, Playa's famous Quinta Avenida, is 3 blocks away. The name of our condominium complex is Xaman Ha- in a gated community but close to everything. Transportation is easy from Cancun Airport. You can take a bus, or contact our private driver directly.

Summary: Everything about this place is excellent. The unit is great. The pool! The pool bar! The staff and amazing. The people we met…some owners were absolutely great and helpful. As for our host Elva I truly can’t compliment her enough. Anytime we had a question she was right on it. Our only concern was that we rented partially because of the grill But there want one. When we got in touch with Elva had people in it and the new bbq arrived two days later. We would definitely stay again
