Positive: This is a lovely comfortable cottage. It was spacious and well equipped. It is well located near to Saxmundham which is within walking distance. There is parking for 2 cars and a nice garden with seating. We would stay again.
Negative: Maybe tell people to access the property from the main road that goes through to Saxmundham as my satnav took me the long way along a single track road and over a railway crossing where I had to phone to cross it - I would rather avoid that especially if it was getting dark.
Summary: Comfortable and relaxing!
