1 Bedroom Apartment with Barbecue, Kitchen and TV

This studio is located on the north side of Charlevoix where you can be on Lake Michigan beach with a 5-minute walk. The studio provides central air and heat if needed as well as large ceiling fans. The bedroom includes a queen bed with a Sterns and Foster pillow top mattress for your comfort. There is a kitchenette that provides seating for 4, a microwave, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker, and refrigerator. The living room area has a full sofa and a chair in-a-half with ottoman; the chair in-a-half folds out to a full bed. There is WIFI, YouTube TV, a 55" Samsung flat screen TV run with Roku.
IN 2026 I WILL BE CHANGING RESERVATIONS TO WEEKLY AND MONTHLY.
*ALL WEEKLY RENTALS IN JUNE WILL BE $1250 for 7 days/6 nights.
MONTHLY - 1 JUNE until 30 JUNE $3500 for the 30 days.
*ALL WEEKLY RENTALS IN JULY WILL BE $1350 for 7 days/6 nights.
MONTHLY - JULY $4500 for 30 days.
*ALL WEEKLY RENTALS IN AUGUST WILL BE $1250 for 7 days/6 nights.
MONTHLY - AUGUST $3500 for 30 days.

Summary: We had a nice few days in the garage studio apartment. The location worked well for our visit. It is about a mile walk into town. There aren't any streetlights for the last part of the walk, so be aware if you plan to return (by walking) after dark. The apartment is open plan; the bedroom area does not close off from the kitchenette or living area. The living area is roomy with a couple of couches and a small table. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. There were deer right outside our door.
