Summary: The address is for an entire city district, not the property. Communication is bad. After 4 hours of trying to get directions and check in details I gave up and took a ride at the scheduled check in time to the address given by Hotels.com and was dropped off with no sign of the property. I got lucky - an English-speaking stranger passing by knew where it was and walked me there, several blocks away. There was no one available to check in and no one answering the door. It took several more phone calls to get let in. Nina is very nice but the directions and communication are awful!
