Cozy, comfortable, and accommodating is what this newly renovated home offers to guests who need a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of the everyday routine called life. The home is centrally located in Brunswick Ga off of Altama Avenue. There are three bedrooms with new queen beds, there are also two full bathrooms for our guests convenience. Front porch, living room with Roku TV, with Netflix, and Disney+Bundle (w/Hulu and ESPN+). A fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, coffee, dining room area, and a private fenced in back patio/yard with grill, perfect for cup of coffee or wine in the evening. The home is approximately five to seven minutes from the Downtown Area, as well as five to seven minutes from local shopping: Sam's, Shopping Plazas Restaurants...just before heading to the beaches of St. Simons, Island, or Jekyll Island. St. Simons Causeway approximately eight miles away, and Jekyll Island Causeway approximately eight or nine miles give or take a few. Great for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. And of course, Snow Birds Welcome. There is a 5% discount for weekly stays, and a 10% discount for monthly stays. There is an additional charge of $50.00 per person, per night when it is over four people.
