The gorgeous views of the rolling green fairway and towering trees invite you to relax on the wrap around deck or unwind in front of the cozy river rock fireplace. This property is dog friendly.
Take a 5-minute stroll to the North Shore Safeway (Starbucks inside) for a coffee or groceries, 2 block walk to Sandy Beach (adjacent to a park with volleyball courts, picnic tables and BBQ's), 7 mile drive to Northstar Ski Resort, close to Diamond Peak and a 5 minute drive to casinos. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or happy hour at Spindleshank's Restaurant located at Brockway Golf Course - 5 minute walk. Lanza's Italian Restaurant (local favorite for pizza or pasta) is just a short walk farther, right next to Safeway.
In the winter, cross country ski or snowshoe right out the back door or take a short walk to go snowmobiling. In the summer, walk to the beach, golf course, hiking trails, biking trails and kayak/paddle board rentals. *** TRAVEL INSURANCE: We highly recommend that all of our lovely guests purchase travel insurance as we normally do not refund for Covid, smoke, fires, weather, snow storms, road closures, etc.
*** PET POLICY ***
One well-behaved dog under 50 lbs is permitted with prior approval. Please note that the dog is not allowed on furniture.
*** WINTER WARNING ***
• Recommend 4-wheel drive vehicle with snow chains in winter.
• Please adhere to Caltrans traffic advisories during Winter Storms. Traction tires or 4-wheel drive may be required.
• NO street parking from November 1 to May 1 due to snow removal.
*** BEAR WARNING ***
• Lake Tahoe is BEAR Country. Keep ALL doors/windows closed when leaving
• Please DO NOT leave trash outside. ALL trash must be put inside the bear box.
• Please DO NOT leave food, trash or anything with strong odors inside vehicles as bears may break into them.
*** HOUSE RULES ***
• Minimum age of primary guest: 25 years old.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 (daytime and night).
• Parking is limited to 2 cars on paved driveway. NO street parking around neighborhood, or you may be ticketed or towed.
• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS on premises any time of day.
• Quiet time is 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. This house is in a sound-sensitive residential neighborhood. Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals.
• Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in guest fines $1000 up to $5000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities), which you will be responsible to pay, and homeowner permit revocation.
• ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING IS ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE OR ON DECK due to high fire danger.
• NO SMOKING NO PARTY policy will be strictly enforced. ANY breach is subject to $500 fine and possible eviction.
• Towels are for indoor use. Please bring your own beach towels.
• NO outdoor shoes inside. Put Ski/Snowboard equipment outside or in the mud room.
• For fire security reasons, OUTSIDE FIRES ARE NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.
*** HOUSEKEEPING ***
• Please REMOVE outdoor shoes when entering the house. Please bring house shoes or slippers to wear inside the house.
• Please do not bring Skis, Snowboards, Snow equipment, and Snow boots inside the house. Snow gears can be stored in the mud room.
*** CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT ***
• Check-in after 4 p.m Check-out by 10 a.m.
• The passcode for the keypad will be provided upon check-in.
• Our cleaners often have a tight schedule to arrive and leave right after our fixed time slot. Please check out on time.
*** WHEN LEAVING ***
* Empty the refrigerator.
* Remove kitchen trash, pack it tightly, and place it in the bear box.
* Place used dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle.
* Set the main thermostat to 55 ℉ in winter.
* Turn off the fireplace.
* Turn off the TV and lights.
* Secure all doors and windows.
* Check all areas of the property to ensure you haven't left any personal items behind.
* Lock the entrance door.

• $30 fine will be charged for each missing remote control
• NO SMOKING NO PARTY policy will be strictly enforced. ANY breach is subject to $500 fine and possible eviction.
