Super clean home with everything you would expect at your own home. Prepare meals in the large kitchen with 4 seat bar. The kitchen comes completely equipped with small appliances, cookware, every tool you could ask for, paper products, spices and coffee. Snuggle up to the fireplace in the family room on the brand new furniture or enjoy your coffee out on the large covered, screened-in rear patio with 1/2 bath and wet bar while you gaze out at the beautiful bamboo. Then get your work done in the large fully furnished office with another beautiful view out the front windows. Also a hutch in the living room is provided as an optional workspace. Stay cool under the new remote controlled ceiling fans provided in every room. Catch a game on the 70" Smart HDTV in the family room or on one of the 2 Smart HDTV's in the bedrooms with Roku and High Speed WiFi. The master bedroom is large with tasteful furniture and includes 2 walk-in closets and access out to the rear patio through the sliding glass door. Enjoy the oversized master bath with double vanity, makeup station, walk-in shower and garden tub. Appreciate the in-house laundry room and enjoy the convenience of the 2-1/2 car garage with automatic door opener. Also the driveway has ample parking for 4 cars.
