Relax and enjoy your stay at Canyon Creek Oasis. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home has plenty of natural sunlight, stylish decor and an open floor plan. Our home sits on half an acre and backs up to a spring fed pond/creek in which you can explore. With this extra space, there is plenty of outdoor areas to sit, relax and play games. The horseshoe driveway creates plenty of space for multiple vehicles/boat trailers. Boat Ramp #6 , which has never closed during a drought, is only a half mile way.
The space
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom home is great for couples, families or a small group of Friends. The downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed with a twin loft bed above. The downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with desk area. Upstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo with double vanities. The upstairs loft is the kids fun zone with some toys, books and games. The kids couch folds out to a twin bed for extra sleeping for a child or smaller adult.
Our home sits on 1/2 an acre, with a vacant lot to the right of the house, so our house offers privacy and nature. The lower deck overlooks the creek area, which is great for bird watching. You can also see lots of deer and foxes on the property. Since our home backs up to federally owned land (US Army Corps of Engineers), you can walk down to the pond and lake. The pond is about a 5 min walk and the lake is about a 10 minute hike. Hike at your own risk, but be aware of property boundaries.
