This means that unfortunately there is no smoking allowed anywhere on the premises includes inside, outside, balconies, and even the front walkway. Violations may result in up to a $500 fee.

Checkout Checklist

Quiet Hours
Community quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM daily. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors and keep volume levels peaceful inside and outside of the house at all times. Its best practice to close all windows and doors at night to help keep sound inside. Noise complaints may lead to booking cancellation (no fun for anyone). To help with this, we use Minut to measure decibel levels in common areas and let you know if you are being too loud.
Access & Boundaries
All guest activity should stay inside the home. Please do not access the spiral staircase near the blue room—it leads to a neighbor’s private balcony. Be mindful not to walk or hang out in front of neighboring properties.
