Summary: The house looked wonderful when we saw the listing, but we were slightly nervous because there were not any recent reviews. The concerns were washed away the second we walked inside! The house is immaculate, newly decorated, and perfect for a relaxing week in Key Colony Beach. We rented a 26’ boat, and the dock was more than adequate. If you do bring / rent a boat, you have to approach at a slightly steeper angle due to mangroves extending past the dock near the dock end (on the vacant lot next to the property). Just be careful if you have outriggers, etc. The commercial ice machine was great! It filled quickly and kept ice for days. The convenience is a game changer when trying to get offshore by sunrise. The pool and back area were great for relaxing. We enjoyed the cornhole set between jumps into the pool.The master suite is large and has a huge walk-in shower and tub. The second bedroom has a king bed and bathroom. The third has two twin beds - perfect for children. The kitchen island was huge! All new appliances throughout. Overall, I would highly recommend the property and would stay there again.
