Summary: The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower hardware didn't work well. The soap was from a dispenser which was not easy to use without substantial force. Food was cooked to order; however it the vegetables 4x were not cooked properly. Breakfast was the best meal of the day, and the staff lovely only at this time. At the bar service was marginal. Never saw anyone clean the pool or Jacuzzi therefore I didn't feel comfortable to use. The hotel takes safety and security seriously, this alone was an A+.
