Positive: Impeccably clean; welcoming atmosphere. Decorations beachy and nice. Neat, clean; cute lil kitchen. Nice bathroom/inside shower. The accommodations were very good. We loved deck as well. Only 1.4 miles from center of Oak Bluffs, 1.5 from Vineyard Haven.Nearby bike path/walk to VH absolutely beautiful
Negative: Couldn't use outdoor shower post beach as backyard all torn up/workmen and equipment in and out of yard. Only 4 chairs in kitchen; no other chairs found in apt,so 2 of our party had to sit on floor at mealtimes.(During rainy times, no living room to speak of; Sat on floor) Had A/C issue upon arrival, but VACASA was very responsive and helpful and took care of it
