Summary: its in a safe area from what my uber driver mentioned , the place has 2 keys one for the front gate and one for the room, room needed a DEEP cleaning , because it was clean but the covers were dirty and the walls near the bed were dirty as well as the bathroom curtains had mold on bottom. but besides that it was a comfortable 1 day stay.
