Positive: The privacy and the view of the water.
Negative: The water smelled so bad the entire upstairs stinks for hours after you shower. The basement bedrooms were so musty and damp smelling you couldn’t sleep there. The outdoor furniture is awful. Most of the chairs can’t even be used because they’re completely rusty.
Summary: Fine for a couple minus the gross water. Wouldn’t recommend for more people because of the other beds being in a damp sm
