Positive: Piccolo appartamento posizionato strategicamente e vicino a tutti i principali servizi, infissi di buona qualità fortunatamente in quanto la strada su cui si affaccia è particolarmente rumorosa.
Negative: Non sono presenti le attrezzature per pulire casa nel quotidiano. Solo una piccola scopa ed una piccola paletta. Manca di uno stendino e una scopa misura standard. Insomma la casa dopo qualche giorni purtroppo diventa sporca. Vivibile per una settimana, ma non di più.
