The 1,400 square feet of living space is spread over two levels, with the main living areas and two bedrooms on the lower level. Upon entering the home, you will be in the cozy living room, which opens to the kitchen. The living room is furnished with a chair and a large leather couch. Watch the game on the large flat-screen television or start a fire on a cold evening. The vaulted ceiling, many windows, and open concept layout of this space make the space feel very open and inviting.
The kitchen and dining area are adjacent to the living room and feature granite countertops and updated appliances. The Heavenly Village Gondola is also just a 14-minute drive from this home, which is another access point to the mountain. If you want to ski elsewhere, Kirkwood Mountain Resort is only 40 minutes away, and Sierra-at-Tahoe is only 20 minutes from this home.
