Positive: The location was wonderful and the house was adorable. Very clean and lots of room. The decor was beautiful. Very quiet and well maintained neighborhood. Rooms were great size and house had plenty of extra linens, etc....
Negative: The master bath needs to be caulked. We feel sure water was getting in behind the shower and it appeared that someone did not finish a job caulking. This can certainly cause a mold problem. The toaster needs to be replaced. It seemed to be beyond cleaning and it smokes when we tried to use it...
