Table and chairs for 6 Sitting Room — Sofas and armchairs around wood burning stove. Incredible sea views. Smart TV. Glazed door to inner courtyard Outdoors — Terraced gardens with shrubbery and raised lawn areas to rear. Walled garden with Cypress trees overlooking the beach. Front terrace (lawned with gravel paths) with crenellated walls. Outdoor dining furniture. Moryn shares the private beach below with Cae'r Borth (owned by the same family and can also be rented through Boltholes). Beach is 100 yards away along the private track. Parking — Space for 2 cars on the driveway behind the sliding wooden doors. Space for additional vehicle in the turning area on the dead-end private track immediately outside Children — Highchair and travel cot provided. There is a steep drop onto the beach from over the outside front wall so children should be supervised. The vertical part of the drop on to the beach is protected by a fence. Bikes — No specific storage. WiFi — Yes Mobile Reception Checker — Postcode — LL72 8NN General — The house is accessed by a long driveway (shared by 3 houses under the same ownership) off a quiet lane outside of Moelfre. Moryn is the last house on the track. The beach is shared with guests from nearby Cae'r Borth Utilities — All utilities, bed linen and bath towels provided. Please note you will need to bring beach towels.
