LIVING AREA – open plan. Stunning views of the sea, coast and surrounding countryside from the upstairs living room area windows. 4 seater sofa with one extra part separated to give an individual chair area. 2 window seats.
DINING AREA – open plan within the kitchen area. Table with 4 chairs.
KITCHEN AREA – open plan fully fitted. Fully equipped with built-in double oven, grill and hob, 2 under counter fridges and a freezer, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast bar for 4.
HEATING – central heating with radiators in all rooms with individual thermostat controls on each.
WASHING MACHINE – in a ground floor cupboard
OUTSIDE PATIO AREA – Private, sheltered and enclosed. A small paved area with very limited direct sunlight time - 7.6m (25') x 3.4m (11'). Seating also outside the front.
PARKING – off road parking for 1 - 2 cars.
