Private: property 3'400 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden lawn and flowers. Tennis, floodlit, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (swing, sandbox). In the house: washing machine. Available: bicycles (4) (extra). Motor access to the house. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station 5 km, sandy beach 1.3 km. Riding stable 7 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. Grounds and tennis court (free) with brick surface (possibility of tennis lessons from the incoming instructor - extra) - all illuminated. Access to the sea and sandy beach through the forest. Lake - 500 m (no swimming - ornithological reserve "Jezioro Modła"). Possibility to rent 4 bicycles - extra. Shelter for bicycles. The owners speak English. English, Italian. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Parking at the house. Suitable for families. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Available: cot for children up to 2 years old (not up to 3 years old). Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
