The ground floor houses to 2 more en-suite bedrooms, utility room, guest toilet plus spaces designed for pampering, light exercise and fun. A games room with a pool table and darts, a fitness room and a well-being room with a Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi which opens out to the private swimming pool, terrace with outdoor kitchen, dining and barbecue area.
