Whether you’re here for business, relaxation, or a bit of both, you'll have all the privacy you need in your unit. The only shared space is public street parking, so please keep that in mind when you arrive.
While the home is quiet and peaceful, just like any apartment or hotel, you might hear the usual sounds of daily life—like voices or footsteps from neighboring spaces. If you experience any disturbance, feel free to reach out. I want you to feel comfortable and at ease during your stay.
The home is equipped with a traditional heating and cooling system and a smart thermostat for added convenience. You can adjust the temperature from your phone if needed. Summary: We had a few bumps in the beginning because of description of how many rooms and beds was incorrect. We communicated with Jeff and he worked on getting it resolved quickly. This location is a house not a duplex. You will stay in the basement of the house. I read the reviews previously that you can hear the noise from upstairs. This is very correct! The place is nice and clean. If you are cold natured, I would bring extra blankets. The AC worked great but it was a bit chilly.
