Charming, clean efficiency apartment located right on the river trail. Available for long term (30 days+). One mile walk into town and the hot springs. In the summer, enjoy a nice outside patio area for enjoying the sound of the river, the views of the mountains, and relaxing (too chilly in the winter so patio area is winterized) Guests have their own separate entrance from the upstairs tenants and living quarters. Space is perfect for one or two people. Come enjoy all of what Ouray has to offer year around - from peace and quiet or list of activities to keep you busy everyday.
