Our Modern Retreat vacation home in picturesque Cape Coral offers a memorable break for up to 8 guests. Enjoy the spacious and nicely appointed living room, which features a warm sofa and a huge flat-screen TV, as well as the adjacent dining area, which accommodates six people. All required appliances and cookware are provided in the fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom is well decorated, and the master suite includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Spend time outside and enjoy the dazzling pool in the screened lanai, which has seats and a dining table for six people. Grill using the outdoor kitchen and even catch fish right in your own backyard. Make the most of your stay and take advantage of all this home has to offer. Please note that a 30-night stay requires $150 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $5 every additional night. All guests must complete our Pre-Arrival form and comply with the rules under our guest rental agreement.

Summary: We had a nice stay. The property is as it looks online and very clean. Location was great as well. Very quite neighborhood. Easy and responsive communication from the rental company. One weird problem with dead gnats in the pool but don't think anyone could control that. Highly recommend and we will plan to come back again.
