The apartment is set on the first floor with an impressive open living space consisting of a lounge, dining area and hi-tech modern kitchen complete with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven and hob. Large full length glass doors open out onto a substantial balcony for relaxing and dining with extensive views across the bay. Off the living space is a comfortable double bedroom and a separate bathroom with bath, shower and wash basins.
The Resort
The resort was designed by a renowned architect, Even Talu, who has designed a stylish modern complex of apartments with a number of different swimming pools, tennis courts and landscaped gardens. There is a cafe-bar (with wifi), and a shop, and a car service to transport you down to the ferry or back up to the apartment. 24 hour security is on site with a full time manager and support services
Venturing Out
A free ferry-boat service runs several times a day from the Iasos Marina, at the resort, across the bay to the fishing village of Gulluk where you will find pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, and banks/ATMs. From Gulluk there is a regular bus service to Bodrum as well as taxis to take you the short distance to the airport.
