Sharing a property line with a 36 hole RTJ golf course, 5 minutes to award winning skiing and snow tubing and a huge, year round outdoor swim spa, this architectural beauty is a minimalist zen garden. Wander the 30 acre property with your dog on foor or ski our trails in the winter. Ride a mountain bike around the mile-long perimeter trail or sit by the in-property bubbling spring. We also have a smart-gym with weight lifting, pilates and cardio feature as well as two advanced elliptical machines, all in our heated garage. Views for miles and a bird-watchers dream. Panoramioc windows offer 270 degree scenes of the Salmon River Valley from the foothills of the Adirondacks to the St. Lawrence River. Winter wonderland, autumn blaze or summer verdance, quiet relaxation abounds. Traditional, organic and vegan catering available onsite. Great place to entertain or run a seminar or workshop. Sleeps 8 with a futon in the 800 sq/ft living room, plus tons of outdoor space if the kids like tenting! We can outfit any of your needs.

Summary: Host wouldn't answer any questions until the week of our stay, hot tub was green and unusable when we arrived, host refused to come out or have someone treat it. We were told we would get a partial refund for that but didn't. Ended up shocking the water ourselves. There was a bottle marked E-coli in the refrigerator so we were afraid to use it. The fridge and oven were visibly filthy. The house smelled so bad of dog we had to buy scented candles and air freshener to stay. There were not enough sheets blankets and pillows for the beds advertised, we had to buy our own. There wasn't even toilet paper in each bathroom. The listing does a good job of not showing you that there isn't any where you will have a shred of privacy. The entire house is floor to ceiling windows. The e master bath has no door and the entire master bedroom is in clear view of the kitchen, living room and outside. We had to hang a sheet around the shower because that's the first thing you see as you approach the house. We took turns getting changed in a corner behind a door. Because there was nowhere else that you can't be seen. The decor features naked women everywhere which might be fine if were weren't traveling with children. Also there was evidence that someone was inside the house while we were out and on the property while we were sleeping (which was unsettling given the lack of privacy inside; no curtains, shades or tinting on the floor to ceiling windows) we were not comfortable any time we stayed
