The location of the building is within walking distance of Aventura Mall, bars, restaurants and very close to all of Miami's attractions.
IMPORTANT: Please note that beginning of 2024-2025 our building will begin a restoration project. The work should not affect your use and enjoyment of our unit, but you will see construction equipment on-site, and you may hear construction noise during daytime weekday hours. STR-01857
