The 3 season game room in the barn has a pool table, ping pong, dartboard, corn hole and crochet. Open up the garage doors and window and let sunlight and fresh air in and enjoy the indoor/outdoor atmosphere. NOT HEATED but available year round.

Located on 11 private acres of oak, white pine, black cherry and dogwood trees. The property adjoins the 55,000 acre Allegan State Game Area of state forest, and wildlife refuge protected lands. Wildlife viewing from inside the house and on the property and surrounding areas includes deer, wild turkey, Canadian geese, bald eagles, hawks, owls millions of squirrels and more. 20 minute drive to Lake Michigan beaches in Douglas/Saugatuck.
