Here is the sleeping sofa, which can be turned into two comfortable sleeping places with few hands (lying surface 150x200cm). A high-quality equipment and underfloor heating ensure that you will feel comfortable in every season.
The apartment is located in a modern residential building on the upper floor with 5 other apartments and has a parking space in the underground garage.
The idyllic harbor of Altefähr and the beach promenade are right in front of the front door. Enjoy the sunset and be enchanted by the magnificent view over the Sound and the skyline of Stralsund. Some nice restaurants at the harbor and along the promenade invite you to stroll and feast and in good weather you can sunbathe on the wide sandy beach with the gently sloping water.
