Our newly remodeled apartments each have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can comfortably sleep 4. Between the two apartments you will have a total of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, and space to sleep 8! This cozy spot is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy everything Chattanooga has to offer. It is conveniently located 4 miles from downtown, 3 miles from the Chattanooga Zoo at Warner Park, and has easy access to Interstate 24. This is the perfect stay for any family, couples, or business professional traveling together. We can't wait to host you!
The Space:
***These apartments are the mirror imagine of each other. They are the same size and offer the same space and amenities.***
You will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. The first thing you will notice is how bight and open the space feels! The kitchen is on the right, it comes fully-equipped so you can enjoy a home-cooked meal during your travels! The living room is to your left, it's appointed with a full sized sleeper sofa and large SmartTV! Through the hallway is the queen bedroom and the full bathroom is on the right.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
This is located in a residential area and is surround by mature landscape. The location has easy access to Interstate 24.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
