Negative: Not as advertised - you don’t have the house to yourself, it’s the upper floor of an admin building in an RV park. The manager also lives in that building (no access from this unit, but you can still hear their TV/shower/etc). When we went there it was 34 degrees and almost unliveable, we had to move all the mattresses to the main room and open the one door with a screen. Not very clean and oven was broken. To be clear, the people that work there were very very nice, but this was not at all as advertised.
