Positive: Perfect location: we walked and rode bicycles to Bosque de Chapultepec on two separate days, walked to Metro (3 minutes) a few times, to grocery stores three times, and to more restaurants than I can count - all over a 7-day stay Almost brand new (as of October 2025) Aesthetically pleasing interiors Well stocked kitchen, sharp knives (!), high-quality plates/cups/glasses and yet unscratched nonstick pans and pots Free coffee (thanks!) Lots of light - both natural and artificial and good light-blocking curtains Easy access to washers/dryers and the terrace on the top floor, free detergent Nice shower A safe (took me a minute to find and watch video instructions on YouTube, easy to use) A balcony with great views The host speaks really good English.
Negative: Check-in instructions didn't specify how to enter the code on the electronic door lock, I ended up locking myself out after several unsuccessful attempts. Luckily, Nacho - the host - was available to help me over the phone. I tried speaking Spanish but it turned out my Spanish wasn't enough, then Nacho switched to English and explained everything clearly. The condo was a little noisier than I would like, but then again the windows look out to Avenida Chapultepec - a very busy and wide street. I kid you not: one night my wife woke up from mariachis playing at 3am - welcome to Mexico! For our family of three the condo was a little cramped because we needed the sofa bed in the reclined position, which left almost no space on the floor for suitcases and stuff.
