Summary: Incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Villa Putih was very comfortable. Any issues were fixed immediately. Needed some cold and flu relief and the staff helped us aquire some in no time. Food was delicious. Pool not too deep for our 8 and 10 year old boys. We will miss this place and its gorgeous sunsets. Maybe a few small negatives but they’re not worth mentioning as no place is perfect. You will not regret staying here. And Lovina is great place to visit. Wish we had more time to explore this region.
