Positive: Nice studio well decorated in a great location

Negative: Very late check-in with some issues due to lack of communication and late response when I tried to contact them. I was told that they are working hard to prepare the accommodation for us to the best. So we kept waiting only to see that the best wasn't the case. The shower was blocked and was pretty dirty. There were spider webs and dust in every corner. The matress had big stained marks, not even any protector. It is a shame as it is a nice studio, however badly maintained with the smell of dampness. Actually, there is a feeling that you're sleeping in a damp bed. I only shared two photos as I couldn't share the videos, but I sent them to the staff and made them aware.
