Positive: A fantastic stay just out of the centre. It was an easy 15 minute walk. The view of Fuji was incredible from our room. Onsen facilities were very nice.

Negative: The property was great, the only negative was there were a few hairs left on the bedding in the room.

Summary: Amazing view of Fuji and authentic onsen facilities!
