Positive: The residence is modern, stylish, clean, comfortable and very functional for a solo traveler or couple visiting Folegandros - this unique accomodation is very close to the center of Chora, only a 10 minute walk to all the cafe's, stores & sites. The large private terrace is an added joy with beautiful views of the town and the iconic Church of the Panagia.
Negative: I was there the first week in October and the associated Mar Inn was closed so I did not have access to its facilities such as the pool etc.
Summary: I stayed at the Maris Private Residence and my experience was great.
