Positive: The hotel is great. Everything was perfect, starting with the welcome at the entrance door. The staff at the reception always answered questions immediately. The bars make sure that drinks are served on time. The staff in the restaurant is very careful, quickly but unobtrusively removes dirty dishes. Very good selection of food. One person carefully cleans the floor all the time and it is always perfectly clean. People work quickly but without stress, which is very important. After Mardan Palace, we had another premium hotel booked in Belek. Mardan Palace is much better. We will go to Mardan Palace again next year.
