Positive: Jackie met us upon arrival to let us in and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. She was also readily available to assist with contacts for bookings for the things we wanted to see and do for our stay.

Negative: Pillows were a bit uncomfortable and bed was kinda hard for my taste. But the room was very comfortable and the view exceptional.

Summary: Overall a great stay that exceeded our expectations.
