It is a real advantage to be able to enjoy to the full and close to hand such important occasions in the city as Holy Week or the August Fair without the undesirable noise of the festivities. With the Cervantes Theatre within 200 metres it is also well placed for those who want to enjoy Malaga's Cinema Festival. It is situated on the 1st floor of a 2-storey building with a lift.
